 "Where does the Vital Kicks inventory come from? Is it authentic?"

Vital Kicks plans to be a staple in the sneaker culture. We rely on building trust with those in the sneaker community by ensuring that every product we have for sale is authentic. We guarantee it. Our product connections have continually expanded over the years, but we ensure that all products come from their official retailers. Some items might have been acquired on an individual level, such as "hitting on the latest drop," with clients selling their lucky wins to VK. Most are acquired on a larger level, working through store /retail partnerships. Nonetheless, we vet every source ensuring they are reputable and authentic. "What is the Vitalkicks.shop return/ exchange policy?"

Returns and exchanges are allowed under certain conditions for most items on vitalkicks.shop within 7 days of receiving the item and may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Some products may be excluded from this, such as our Vintage items, however this will be explicitly stated in the product's description if so. For items that are eligible for return, Vital Kicks Incorporated has the right to deny the return if there are any signs of wear, damage, or evidence that the product is not the same as it was was sent (such as a different size or a replica). After the item is received and approved for return, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be returned to the original payment method. "I'm not sure of my size, mens, women's or youth. How do I navigate the site?"

Footwear, Apparel & Accessories may all have different sizing scales. Accessories generally have "One Size Fits Most," given these do not have size options. As for Apparel, sizes range from XS-XXL Mens, however, the product description will specify if it has a different fit. For Footwear, some products release from retailers specifically sized for "women" vs. "men." However, on vitalkicks.shop, we've decided to offer both sizes/ conversations in hopes of increasing understanding, knowing that they fit the same. To convert "Mens/ Youth (GS)" sizing to "Women's" sizing, we only need to add 1.5 to the Mens. For example, 3.5 Men would translate to 5 Women. For each sneaker, both sizes are listed in this way: Men/ Women (see below). If a sneaker has "GS" in its name, then the first size will be Youth sizing, fitting the exact same as Mens.
