We offer free standard shipping on all orders and free in-store pickup.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

In-Store Pickup (Free)

  • Select “Store Pickup” at checkout
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready
  • Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days
  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up

  • Delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods
  • Vital Chinatown is not responsible for carrier delays once orders are in transit

At Vital Chinatown, we stand behind the quality and intention of every piece.

We offer free returns and full refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of damage, stains, or alterations

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined
  • Select accessories may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refunds
  • Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label or assist with in-store return
